Gale "Morrie" Granger- Morrie has resided in south laguna for 30 years
with his wife Barbara. He retired from UCI four years ago after 40 years
as a professor in the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. He
is a specialist in the areas of microbiology and immunology (the bodies
defence system). Morrie has served previously on the SLCA board of
directors and is currently on the advisory board. He and Barbara have two
sons (who are also professors) and 5 grand children.
